Each adult applicant must complete an application after reading and agreeing to follow our rules. We check references of all applicants. We do not rent to anyone whose references we cannot contact. We do not allow anyone to move in immediately. We must have one personal reference who is not a relative. We do not automatically rent to the first applicant, we rent to the best applicant who is the one with the best references. We make decisions based on living history, not personal appearance.
